Rachel Holmes
Rachel is the founder of Clear Accent Coach, a Toronto-based accent coaching company. She has a Bachelor's degree in Speech and Language Pathology and over 10 years of experience helping non-native English speakers communicate with clarity and confidence.
Rachel's undergraduate training in speech-language pathology gives her a clinical understanding of how sounds are physically produced, including tongue placement, lip shape, breath control, and jaw position that most language teachers never address.
As an Ontario Certified English Language Teacher (OCELT), Rachel brings structured pedagogy to every session with clear explanations, deliberate practice, and measurable benchmarks so clients know exactly how they're progressing.
Rachel is continuing her education with a Master's degree in Speech Therapy, ensuring her methods stay current with the latest clinical practices. She is also the director of a non-profit ESL School for newcomers to Canada.
